SAP Condition Contract Management is the native S/4HANA solution for the complete, automated management and billing of condition agreements – on both purchasing and sales.
What is SAP CCM?
CCM is part of the overall component SAP Settlement Management and completely replaces the classic SD bonus processing (TA VBO) and MM bonus processing from SAP ECC. In essence, CCM manages so-called condition contracts: structured agreement objects that contain all relevant conditions, sales bases, billing rules and business partner relationships.
On this basis, provisions are automatically calculated, real-time revenues are processed and invoices are booked into financial accounting in an audit-proof manner. Seamless integration into SD, MM and FI is a central feature.
Typical vulnerabilities without CCM
- Excel Wild Growth: Bonus Agreements Decentralized in Tables – No Single Point of Truth
- Manual billing loops: Purchasing and sales calculate bonuses manually – error-prone and not scalable
- Lack of real-time transparency: No overview of accrued claims, open claims or current provisioning requirements
- System breaks: No consistency between merchandise management, purchasing/sales and financial accounting
- Compliance Risks: Lack of Traceability of Agreements and Billings in Audits and Audits
What CCM specifically solves
CCM creates a unified, fully integrated database within the S/4HANA core process. All conditions are centrally available, provisions are automatically formed, billings are triggered system-supported – without complex interfaces to external isolated solutions.
