SAP CCM is strong in billing management. What it does not cover: the entire process upstream of the settlement – the agreement management. This is where gicom comes in.
What SAP CCM does
CCM covers the accounting management excellently: create condition contracts, record sales, calculate provisions, execute settlement, book FI. This is the core strength of the SAP standard in S/4HANA.
